We are using a shared Ta-Da List to get all of our items done for conference! You might want to do this too!
Ours looks like this.
You can share it with those you want to share it with, or, just make it public! They have RSS feeds and "email this to yourself" buttons!
Ta-Da list is just great anyway - you can have private and public (shared) lists! Great, electronic to-do lists!
